Let me know some preferences for workouts on Friday.  I for sure have one at 6 am for the early birds.

10 Pull-ups (Supine Ring Rows)
10 Handstand Pushups
15 Supine Ring Rows (DB Bent over rows)
15 Push-ups
15 Supine Ring Rows (DB Bent over rows)
15 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups (Supine Ring Rows)
10 Handstand Pushups
