5 Rounds for Max Reps
Max reps Body weight Bench Press
Max reps Pull ups (immediately following Bench Press)
Compare to 2/9/11
You can rest between sets while someone else goes.

Scaling:  Scale Bench Press Weight to 75%, 50%, 25% of body weight.  Pick the hardest form of pull ups that you can complete without adding weight.
