Workout

Take 10 minutes to work on Turkish Getups
Then...
4 rounds for time

15 Double Unders
10 Lunges
5 Pull-ups

If you scale the pull-ups to ring rows increase to 10.

Hey!

I did this workout today. had to look up a turkish getup :) I plan on trying to do more of these workouts, and to post my results for you to compare, maybe you could post your times too :) I did the 4rds in 3min 55sec.
