Workout
Single Leg Deadlift
4-4-4-4 (Each Leg)
Then...
3 Rounds for Time
Max Reps Pullups
Broad Jump (5'/6')

Complete 30 reps per round.  So if you do 10 Pull-ups, complete 20 jumps.  If you can not do a pull up, sub supine ring rows.
