Warm-up   

1) Every 5 Minutes for 25 Minutes complete
  • 5 Front Squats
  • 5 Hang Power Clean (60% of 1 RM on Power Clean)
  • 5 Supine Ring Rows         
    Increase weight on Front Squats each round.
