Warm-up   

1) Every 5 Minutes for 25 Minutes complete
  • Front Squats 3-3-3-1-1-1
  • 5 Hang Power Clean (add 5 lbs to last week)
  • 5 Supine Ring Rows         
    Increase weight on Front Squats each round.
