Strength WOD

Perform as many reps as possible of the following

3 Deadlifts at 75% of 3 rm
6 Box Jumps
9 Toes to bar

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Round 1 = 2 minutes
Round 2 = 3 minutes
Round 3 = 4 minutes
Round 4 = 5 minutes
