2) Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes perform the following complex:
- Power Snatch x 1
- Hang Power Snatch from below the knee x 1
- Hang Power Snatch x 1
- Hang Squat Snatch x 1
Power Clean 5 x 3
Then complete 100 Pull ups in the least amount of sets possible.
Post number of sets and time to complete.
