Thursday 8-12-10

For 12 minutes...

At the top of every minute run 200 m.

For the rest of the minute complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
   5 Burpees
   5 Toes to Bar
  10 Dumbbell ground to overhead (5 each hand)

Continue at the point you left off each minute for a total number of rounds and reps.
